What CRM do you recommend if I don't have one (or mine isn't supported)?

Our preferred CRMs to integrate with are:

• Active Campaign
• Infusionsoft / Keap

They are our top two recommendations. Though we integrate with many others, if you don't already have one we suggest you look into both of these first. Which one you should select will, of course, depend upon your particular needs.

Why do we recommend these two?

We work with many other platforms, but the primary reason we work with these two is because of:

• They have a robust and solid API that performs well (essential for our integration)
• They support many desktop membership platforms for us to integrate with

ActiveCampaign

AC is more affordable and provides all of the functionality you'll likely need for small businesses and/or solo-entrepreneurs with mild needs. AC is widely used and recommended in the industry.

Infusionsoft / Keap

There are actually a couple of products here. Infusionsoft is their flagship legacy product that is the most feature rich. Keap is a lower end product and is a newer offering in the marketplace. Both work equally well with Membrandt. They do have different pricing options and features, so you will want to explore your options. Generally speaking, Infusionsoft is much more feature rich than Keap, but it is also more expensive and a bit more difficult to use.
