Do you require a contract?

There are no contracts required for Membrandt. We know that flexibility is important in business today and we don't like to feel locked in, so we don't deploy that dated approach to business either. Our belief is that we should have to earn your business each and every month and we're happy to do just that.

There is a significant investment of time and money to get setup, however, so we don't encourage you to think of this is as a one-month trial. While there are no strict limitations or requirements on how long you must use the product, we suggest that you give it at least a six month commitment. Installation and deployment within the app stores alone can take 30 to 60 days and the installation and setup fee is non-refundable as it takes a significant amount of our time to get your app approved and launched.

So while there aren't any strict requirements, we don't suggest you enter into the product lightly. Please note, as per our Terms of Service, setup fees are non-refundable and our monthly maintenance fee is also non-refundable and requires a 30-day notice prior to cancellation.
